Thank you for shopping at Brickilo. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure transparency in our return and refund process. Please review the following policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1 Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from Brickilo.
1.2 Proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
1.3 Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.
1.4 Items received damaged or defective must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.
1.5 Items purchased during clearance, special promotions, or pre-order sales are not eligible for return.


2. Return Process

2.1 To request a return, contact our support team at support@brickilo.com. Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item(s).
2.2 Our team will review your request and confirm whether it meets the return criteria.
2.3 If approved, we will provide a return shipping label or the return address below:

2.4 Items must be securely packaged with all original tags, manuals, and packaging. Returns without complete packaging may be rejected.
2.5 Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a confirmed error or defect caused by Brickilo.
2.6 Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.


3. Return Conditions

3.1 Returned items must be unused, unassembled, and in original condition with all packaging intact.
3.2 Any signs of use, wear, modification, or missing components may result in partial refunds or rejection.
3.3 Shipping, handling, and customs fees are non-refundable, except in cases of verified errors on our part.
3.4 Refunds for orders that used discounts, coupons, or promotions will be adjusted accordingly.
3.5 A return handling fee may apply to cover restocking and inspection costs.


4. Refunds

4.1 Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
4.2 Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned items are received and verified.
4.3 Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take up to 10 additional business days to appear in your account.
4.4 Refunds will not be granted for items that fail inspection or do not meet return conditions.
4.5 Refunds will cause a 25% restocking fee.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Gift cards or digital vouchers

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Displays and highly fragile items
  • Items marked as sale, clearance, or final sale

  • Customized or special-order products


6. Cancellations

6.1 Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped.
6.2 Once a tracking number has been issued, cancellations are no longer possible.


7. Policy Updates

Brickilo reserves the right to modify or update this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on our website.
